WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES♥♥♥

Exceptions:

  1. 14-Day Exception for Breakage in Transit: If your item breaks during transport, please send us photo proof within 14 days of receiving your order. We will review your request promptly.

  2. 90 Day Warranty for Tarnishing: We provide a 90 day warranty for any tarnishing issues. Simply send us a photo proof, and we will review your request for a replacement/refund. 

 

1. When and what can I expect new designs?

2. What is the price range of your watches?

The price range is very diverse - a price point that can be suitable for any budget. It starts as low as $50 to $120+. On average, you can expect the prices to be around ~$80.

3. Do you restock sold watches?

Yes! We do, feel free to message us on instagram or email us with a photo what watch you are interested in. 

Shipping:

1. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! If you are international, you might be charged additional duties and import taxes when you receive your shipments. By purchasing, you are agreeing to these fees:)

2. How long does shipping take?

We typically ship orders out in 1-3 days after purchase from Tampa, Florida. Within the USA, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. We cannot give international orders a time frame on shipping due to international shipping couriers. By purchasing from our store, you are in understanding that international orders can be subject to customs fees and various shipping time. 

3. What if I encounter issues with my order or want to return an item?

All sales are final, returns or exchanges are not accepted. The only exception is an item being broken while it is being shipped/photo proof of tarnish. You have 14 days to send photo proof to receive a return/refund/exchange. If your watch does happen to tarnish within 90 days, you can also receive a refund.

4. What if my package is lost or not received?

We provide tracking for all packages to ensure safety. However, once the package is scanned through the system, we are not responsible for any lost packages. Please contact your local mail provider for assistance.

5. Custom Charges

Please be aware that when ordering, you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country's customs regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover or prepay any customs charges. Kindly review your local customs policies before placing an order.

Watch Info:

1. Do the watches you sell work?

Yes ♡ Unless they are specifically states as *untested* 

2. How do I adjust the watch or open the clasps?

Please see our "How To" highlight on our Instagram page (@JordanTaylorCollections) for a quick tutorial!

3. How do I know the size of the watch?

The watch band and watch face length will be provided in the item description. Most of the watches can be resized either at home or professionally! 

4. Do you clean the watches?

We do a sanitizing wipe down and disinfection.
