Delivery Responsibility Policy

Once an item has been marked as delivered by the shipping company, customers are responsible for retrieving their items. If there is proof of delivery, such as confirmation from the shipping company and accompanying photos, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or non-receipt of the item.

We advise customers to check with neighbors, building management, or local post offices if they do not receive their item despite delivery confirmation.
